Cooker hoods

Does anyone know if you have a 110 range cooker if you have to have the same width cooker hood ? I'm struggling to find one I like in that size and fancied an ELICA wave but the are onLy 60 or 90 - is there any regulations ? And does anyone else have an ELICA cooker hood? Advice needed- thanks

The building regs require either 30 or 60 litres/sec dependant on where extractor is - but that's only enforceable of you're having work done under the regs.

We're having a range fitted and we're having a 60l/s fan, but that's all - not a cooker hood as such. The fan is concealed by a new mantle type thing iyswim.
