Very dull but does anyone have any coir doormat recommendations?

I have had to throw out my last 2 as the "hairs" gets everywhere. Can anyone recommend a good quality one that won't moult?! God I can't believe I'm actually posting about this!!

I hadn't realised until you said it, but I have a large, older one that is dark brown, very tight pile, clipped neatly, that doesn't shed. The last two I got were pale, not so tight, and, as you say, shed badly. I probably got them quite cheap in a hardware store or supermarket.

I wonder if you can still get better quality if you go to a rug or carpet shop? I think I saw it on a long cut-to-size roll somewhere.
