I have a Miele drier which has been fantastic for 11 years with not even a hiccough BUT this morning it died Sad

Well, not quite died, the lights are on but the 'start' button on the control panel won't light up. I have turned off at the mains and on again, kicked it, stroked it lovingly and offered up a small prayer... nothing!

I have tried googling but not much info except talk of 'resetting' it Confused Does anyone know what this means or how to do it?

TIA :)

Sounds like the main board has gone. Sorry but same happened with my 10yr old bosch. Too expensive to replace and parts hard to source. Switch on then off should reset it. Sadly may be died.RIP. Call the engineer just in case.

Thanks bacon but it seem dh has fixed it! Woooo hook! He switched off and then on again 3x - apparently this is what it said in the manual which I read and read and STILL missed Grin
