Any ideas for getting it off? Have tried usual cleaners and old fashioned elbow grease but it's not shifting.

Baby wipe?

Dab of nail varnish remover on a cotton wool bud?

Wet wipes. My SIL says that worked on hers when one of the kids got biro on it. Goodness knows what's in those things...

I haven't found any cleaning product that removes it, but IME sitting on the offending chair makes it disappear. Will take a couple of weeks but it really does fade until one day its gone. Voice of experience..........

hair spray took it off mine. rub with cotton wool, it Will definitely take it off :)

Thanks everyone, usually use baby wipes as they r so mild but that didn't work! Going to try the hairspray and nail vanish remover idea! My old leather sofa was much easier to clean! Even got a mountain of sudocrem off it once! Who'd have boys aye?! Blush

Hairspray seconded!

Hairspray made the biro come off a bit also taking the colour Grin oops! I'm now going to try the put a cushion on top of it idea and ignore it and hope it fades! May massage a bit of boot polish in later so the faded bit is less obvious. Oh aren't children delightful? Smile
