grease (?) stain on a wash at 30 item

my down gilet which has a 30 wash label has a big stain on it - i think it looks as though it may be grease. after washing it at 30 it is still there. do you have any tips to get it out or is it buggered now? could i try washing on a higher temp do you think?
am slightly annoyed as its on the front and its the only warm thing i own!

Have you tried rubbing washing up liquid into the stain? If it was fresh, I'd have used talc, but not sure if that would work if you've already washed it!

thank you. have smeared it all over and its now on another 30 wash. i hope it comes out. i didnt notice the stain when i washed it first time (sad).

soda crystals, put half a cup directly into the drum of the mashine.

i love you all (and ecover washing up liquid)! just out of the tumble dryer and its come out, yay !
