what i got which is ok but no crisp function thingy

We have a Panasonic one from John Lewis in Stainless steel. Very powerful and has been going for years.
Friend asked me about it last month and apparently they still do them. Was slightly aghast as I didn't realise we'd spent over £100 on it. Perhaps it was cheaper years ago. It still looks like new!
