Towelling robe

I have a new robe from the White Company,I've washed & dried it for the first time. It has taken all the oomph out of it,seems to be shorter & just less luxurious :(
I don't remember this happening with any other towelling robe & this was expensive. It was soooo soft & plumptious & now is nice but flat. I used Fairy & Comfort. I always use those on towels etc & they come out lovely & soft. I have emailed them to say I'm disappointed but if they do nothing any ideas?

Tumble drier to 'fluff' it up?

If it has shrunk get it sent back though - it might be faulty.

yep I have 4 of them, they all do it. I would send it back tbh.

They have emailed to say to send it back as that shouldn't happen. Which ones do you have fluffy? Mine is the hydro cotton.

I have two velour hooded ones, one towelling and one waffle.

I am over them now for obvious reasons!.

Oh god, they aren't exactly cheap either! If I send it back, the same will happen then? I've never had this with towelling robe before from anyone else. It was gorgeous before washing!

DH has one from M&S which hasnt shrunk. I only kept mine because the first one was a present from dh when he was dp, the second was a summer weight one, and the other two I just really didnt learn from.

I have learnt my lesson though.
