How can I clean spilt milk off of sofa covers if they are not to be washed! I just don't want the milky smell!

They are the sort of covers that have all sorts of fire proof scotchguarding etc and if I pop them in the washes they will lose it and I will also lose the guarantee that comes with the sofa.

Advice please!

Use a solution of water and bicarbonate of soda to get rid of the smell.

Zoflora does the trick.

Water and bicarbonate of soda would be better as Zoflora might affect the material.
