I am in a very lucky position to be only WOHM 16 hours pw, very close to home too, so I have loads of time, compared to when I was working f-t with a long commute
Weirdly though, I was on top of things better then. I just can't get off my backside and get stuff done. In theory, this time was to get fit (going well) spend quality time with my DC (OK when they're not glued to some electronic gadget) get regular housework done efficiently (well if c. monthly is OK) feed the family proper food (maybe 3 times per week) redesign the garden (not happening) and do some community work (happening a bit)
It's not that I don't have time, I do, but I'm wasting it on things I don't enjoy that much and that are certainly not rewarding.
When I was at work I had good routines that meant what needed to be done was done, but nothing else was done at all. That was supposed to change with all this extra time, but I am clearly useless, I can't even stick to those old routines.
How do you get motivated, rather than one more cuppa/hour on the net?
