My biggest regret in choosing our lovely Bosch double oven is that I chose one that doesn't have self cleaning walls.
So the walls behind the metal grills (that the shelves side into) get really really dirty and are hard to clean without taking the grill bit off, which I've done so many times that it's actually broken one of the attachments.
Anybody got any tips about keeping the sides of your oven clean ? has anyone tried to put some of that black oven liner down there ?
