It's a bit pongy when I take clean washing out - any tips?

there are loads of threads on this. Clean filter, seals, dispenser drawer and aperture drawer goes into. Run empty on a 90°C wash with detergent or vinegar or soda crystals. Leave door slightly open after use.

I usually leave the door open for a while after I take a load out

Just do the hottest wash you can with your usual detergent.

Have you taken out the detergent drawer recently?

I did mine last week and was Blush by the crud I got off.Washed it in hot soapy water then bleachy water whils I tackled the aperture,I reckon a baby bottle brush is best.
THEN I put a hot wash cycle on & ran it empty that night.

stop using liquid detergents and fabric conditioners and sometimes do a hotter wash.
mix of low temps and fab con/liquid detergents leaves a sticky film where bacteria forms and smells.

I chuck in my dirty dusters about once a week, bung in biological liquid (not the non-bio) and put them through the hottest wash the machine does.

Its helped get rid of the smell

Does anyone know why mine always smells worse after I have done an empty 90% wash?
