how do you get rid of static in clothes?

all my clothes are always static i use either bold or fairy non bio (the liquid gel) clothes arealways really soft and they have fabric conditioner built in with it... any ideas? its so annoying having pj bottoms stuck to my leg all the time!

Supposidly running them through a metal coat hanger should help.

I think the answer is a seperate fabric conditioner, do you moisturise your body as its all to do with lack of moisture... do you get static in your hair as well?
