All part of the same job? Aibu?

Didn't want to expose this to the real Aibu! So...washing up includes wiping draining board and surfaces? Quickly, just to get rid of crumbs? And if you Hoover the house, it includes the stairs? And doing the washing means dealing with it afterwards? And making sandwich/cuppa etc includes putting stuff used away afterwards? Last one...cooking a meal - does that have clearing away as you go along as part of job spec? Or Aibu? No impending domestic but just wondering whether my definition is too far reaching!

depends if you are talking about me doing these tasks - or my hubby!

he will definately do the first bits but hardly ever the whole job!

I'm with you on all except the last one - sometimes it just is v v difficult to tidy as I cook. However that may be because I am also doing school lunches for next day, supervising homework, watching the puppy, answering work related phone calls, etc, etc at the same time!

I think I was a bit harsh too! But I try really hard not to use all the pots and leave for someone else as part of the "I'll cook you wash up" deal.
