I've just brought 2 of each of these pillows online from the House of Frasier sale.

They came yesterday and we're impressed with them so far. In terms of quilts, anything with duck down feathers are great as long as you're not allergic!

Again, House of Frasier have these in the sale so well worth a look!

Aldi usually do fab duvet and pillows this time of year, feather down ones, nice and comfy. Good price as well around 20-30 quid.

Cotton covers are nicer.
Avoid feather or down ones if you get hay fever or asthma though.
I got a really nice duvet for DD from Aldi recently - not v cheap, but a good price.
If I were shopping for new, the House of Fraser tip is good, or look online somewhere like John Lewis - I got some of their own brand cotton percale bedding last year and it was good.

Have a look at northern nights on qvc for feather bedding.

White company. Lasts for years, they have a discount outlet in Bicester shoppin park. If you send for the catalogue you will probably get a 15% off voucher.

I complained last year about customer services and got a £10 voucher, must try and do that this year too.

I 2nd Aldi quilts. My Dd has one on her bed & it's great, much better than the one I bought elsewhere for dd2. It's feather & down with a 100% cotton cover.

I think ikea are ok for pillows, I always buy the protective washable covers too, as the pillows don't seem to wash very well.

The only slight snag to Ikea is that they are not standard UK sizing - but will fit their own bedding perfectly.
