Three quarter bed for DS age 7 - any ideas where I can get one from?

He doesnt sleep well in a normal single size so want soemthing a little bigger but not a double.

Do they still make them?

Think most places do, my dad got one from Argos but had also looked at a tesco one (was for the guest bedroom so wanted something cheap but is actually very comfy).

My mum slept in a cot until she was 7. I sleep in a single bed with cat and dog. Why ever would a small child need so much space?
