Bloody stupid kitchen bin needs to go, any recommendations

I stupidly bought a sleek looking but totally useless kitchen bin. It's a tall, thin barabantia one. I've lived with it for 5 years and it's useless.

Hardly any bags fit and most rip when they are in the bin or when I take them out. Food escapes down the side of the liner or the inner bit of the bin.

It's going, I don't care how much it cost I have had enough!!

We can't hide our bin away in the kitchen so it's replacement needs to be a bit presentable. Can anyone suggest a replacement?

I've had a few 'nice' looking bins. 3 Barbantia and I gave them up as a bad job and bought a plain swing top bin from a supermarket. All bags fit, and most importantly it is easy to clean not fiddly.

I intended to keep it for a short time untill I found another 'nice' bin, but to be honest I'm happy with it now and I'm not going to change it!

The shiney body of the barbantia makes a nice laundry bin in the utility Smile

I've had a couple of these Tesco Bin. They are really good and very cheap. They also do a larger 45L size as well.
