Highchairs?

Was giving my dd her breakfast this morning and gave the highchair a wipe down afterwards and noticed the nylon straps are pretty manky.

Best way to clean? and while I think about it the cord for the shower in the bathroom! Same fabric I think?

If you can take the straps off the highchair put them in the washing machine, in a laundry bag or pillow case so the don't get tangled, they come up well that way.

If not then use a bowl of hot water and washing powder and give them a good rub over several times, that will get the worst off.

The shower cord can be done the same way. If its really manky then use hot soapy water and bleach. I have used neat bleach on one before (in a house I rent out that was filthy) and that didn't damage it. But probably ins't needed in your average house!
