grey / black stains bathroom

I'm not sure if this is mold because its not furry its just dark grey stains on the side of the bath, where the bath joins the walls / tiles. its on the grout too. I have rubbed it with bleech but its like the stain is really deep.

does anyone know who to get it off please?

I put Dettol mould remover and leave it for a little while. Only thing is that it is v v strong stuff so open windows and be prepared for a strong bleachy smell. It does work though.

It's mildew/mould.

Dettol may work, but we had to reseal and regrout.

every bathroom I've ever been in has had a bit of it, how do you prevent it? because I think regrouting eveytime it happens would get very expensive and time consuming
