got shut in the living room over night.... how do I get rid of the smell? Sad

Bicarb, loads of it over the whole area, gently work it into the stain and sweep or vac up after a few hours. It should help.

Sponge affected area with biological washing poder disslved in hot water or warm if you dont think your settee can take it.

you def need to clean with enzyme based cleaner, so bio washing liquid, maybe also get a spray from pet shop or online?
you need to get rid of the scent otherwise it will keep going back to the same spot!

he has never done it before and we have had him for 5 years. Think it was just because he was shut in. have managed to put the cushion in the washing machine (not sure if thats a good idea, but we will see....) and have ordered some special spray from amazon.

hopefully he only did it because he got locked in, if he keeps doing it he may have cystitis (or he's trying to tell you something!)
