How do you organise your tights?!

I appreciate this is possibly the most trivial enquiry ever but I've been wearing a lot of skirts and dresses recently and as a result I have acquired a lot of tights. I have two small drawers full of a tangled mess of tights and I can never find what I need. How do you store yours?

I just fold them up and put them in rows.

I tie them into knots so that they don't get tangled with each other, but I don't organise them so when I want a pair of tights I have to go through the drawer full of tight-balls looking for the ones I want.

I go for the tangled nightmare/hissy fit rant in the mornings option.

I suppose you could sort of loosely knot them after washing?

I drape mine over a wire hanger and hang them in the wardrobe. I only need 3 hangers to display them clearly enough.

once dry hold toes in one hand and waist in the other. twist one end round and round till all twisted, but not too tight or they stretch. then fold in half. The twists twist together. Hey presto nice twisty tights that are easy to grab and not in a tangle.

I got some organiser things from Lakeland Limited ages ago.They fit together in a honeycomb effect so there are little sections for underwear.
TBH I don't wear tights much.
But it keeps socks and pants tidy.

I think I'll use LittleTyga's solution for my more "interesting" tights and then use the drawers for the plain ones. Thank you for saving me from my own incredibly anal plan which involved keeping them in separately labelled freezer bags...

Erm, I do keep mine in separately labeled freezer bags

I roll them into a ball, and then group balls of different types together in a labeled bag inside the drawer.

Peg them on to a hanger.

I''ve got drawer orgainisers from Ikea and put them in there by colour with a seperate on for fancy tights.

I roll them up from the toes and then make tights balls. And then play pot luck in the morning :)

Tied in a knot and crammed into a drawer here as with some posters above. It is so annoying trying to find particular tights on dark mornings grrrrrr.

I love the over the coathanger idea for special ones hmmmmmm.

I keep fine ones in the sock drawer, thick/wooly ones are stuffed into a basket under the bed (need more bedroom storage emoticon).
Like the freezer bag idea - I guess the ziplock ones?

I've got more wardrobe than drawer space so I'm going with the hanger idea for fancy coloured tights, freezer bags for the many pairs of black-but-subtley-patterened-all-look-the-the-same-but-aren't and then my piece de resistance is going to be something similar to one of these for all the identical black tights.

I have little clear boxes I got in Paperchase a few years ago - l also have them with bras and the matching pants in (it was a new year's resolution a while back to always wear nice underwear). I've had my eye on the various tie/trouser type things here for a while, but never actually get round to buying them...

I use a hanging storage thing with pockets in it. Have 2 .!they hold about 16 pairs each. In the dark mornings couldn't see which were black and which navy but now put red nail varnish on the inside waistband of navy ones and store them in 1 of the storage hanging things. Really helps.

this is how I store DDs collection of tights:

1. Fold tights in half lengthways
2. Roll from the waistband down to the toes (the means you can see the pattern)
3. put in neat rows in drawer
