Hand towels on a hook

Do you hang your bathroom hand towel on a hook, as opposed to a rail or ring? Are the towels tricky to hang up and/or do they fall off easily?

As there are only three os us and we each have our own bath towel we tend not to use hand towels in the bathroom unless we have guests. We have a heated towel rail in the bathroom and the downstairs toilet.

I use the label as a loop to hang over the hook, very secure.

Thanks, all. I like the ring-style ones better but where the towel needs to hang there is only a few inches of space so only a hook can fit there.
