So dull I know but I need a new one. Bought a medium minky today, bloody thing isn't even level! Now since it's an insurance claim I have the budget to get a Brabantia. Should I just bite the bullet and buy a Brabantia?

Okie doke. Minky goes back tomorrow and DH has agreed to the Brabantia! To be fair, he does his fair share of ironing so he agrees it needs to be decent!

I second to the wider and longer Brabantia. I have mine for the last 4 years and can't imagine living without it. Mine is a size C and at the moment, you can get it from Amazon for about £75.

I know it sounds sad, but it does make ironing a bit more bearable easier. And if you haven't have one, go for a Tefal steam generator, both combination will cut down your ironing time by a third at least
