Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but hey oh will give it a try. Am sure its where a genius sorted out my google diary questions. So i now Have an iPad, and when my phone contract comes up for renewal I will get an iPhone. And following a Christmas where I felt I never caught my tail I want to find an iPad diary app/ notebook. It's where I want to put the random things like a list of what would help make christmas easier for next year....ie a list of all the neighbours and old friends children's names. What I bought folk...ideas for what needs done when to make life easy..ie getting roots done at the end of nov rather than wrongly assuming i will manage to do this in dec. Really it's for a random bunch of stuff BUT MY STUFF SO I WANT IT TO HAVE A CODE that means my children and husband won't access it. And want to make sure it doesn't link to my husbands iPhone as the current diary that came with the iPad seems to and has sent him notes about his surprise blooming birthday trip. You may have gathered I am not at all technical minded so really really would appreciate any help. Thanks.

You could try iDo - Notepad... I think it has all the features you want and it's free.

That looks exactly what I want. Thank you!

I use Evernote. You can link websites with ideas on and even photos. I often take a pic of a magazine and save it here with a note header for example birthday ideas for dd.
It's good www.evernote.com/

I use Evernote as well - can access it on my iPad, iPhone & online. Works well for me.

You can add a pin too, to stop snoopers
