Run up to Christmas...

No one has to join me, but I need to motivate myself to have everything clean and tidy before my Christmas guests arrive. So...

Sunday: laundry and ironing, clean kitchen cupboards and ready for Christmas goodies, clean cooker (eurgh)
Monday: prepare guest bedroom, sort through DS's toys in preparation for new ones
Tuesday: clean our bedroom and DS's bedroom, dining room and hallways
Wednesday: laundry and ironing, last minute shopping
Thursday: bake, bake, bake followed by clean kitchen
Friday: clean bathroom and living room
Saturday morning: whizz around with Hoover and polish and ready for guests!

Agreed captain! No way could I have switched my oven on without giving every guest a gas mask! Cleaned it today - whole
Bottled of mr muscle but hey first time for 8 months! Done!

Friday: Clean oven, hoover everywhere, polish, mop and final tidy .

Saturday, wrap presents. Make chocolate log for DC's Christmas Day pudding.

Christmas food shop complete!!!!!

House clean, food shop done.
Tomorrow I need to wrap, start prep for Xmas lunch such as make bread sauce, triffle, think and make Xmas eve meal.

Christmas day - set table, chill champagne, pop glug and enjoy the day!

I'm almost done this will be the most organised I've ever been. Sending DH and DS out tomorrow morning so I can whizz around with the hoover and the duster.
Presents are wrapped (bar one that arrived today). Bit more ironing to do (namely tablecloth and napkins).
I'm beginning to feel quite festive!
