Washing machine leaving marks

Hi my washing machine is leaving black marks on clothes, it's new any ideas?

have you cleaned all around the rubber seal and edges of the machine

Like others have said clean the seals out in the door and put it on a very hot wash empty with some vinegar to clean it.

had to replace my door seal in the end for this reason - got too manky.

Very hot wash with half a bag of soda crystals in the drum.
