Not sure if I'm posting in the right place but does anyone have any suggestions?

B & M Bargains and Semi-Chem tend to do character ones at this time of year

Does it have to be a hot water bottle? There are loads of lovely microwavable wheat bag animals around.

Hi, do they do the same job i.e. keep you warm in bed?

They don't stay warm as long as a hot water bottle but they are more comfy. I have both and use the wheatbag much more. I put it on my feet when I'm watching tv at night (its not an animal, its a rectangle). Dcs have animals from amazon for about £7-8.

Please don't. Not good if it sprang a leak on your dc. Microwavable wheatie bags are fab.

Where can I buy from apart from Amazon? Delivery time is 4 -6 weeks!

I saw some in a National Trust shop this week; I am sure they have a website.

believe it or not, topshop!

I got one of DH last year, a hot water bottle, but they also do 'hotties' which I think are microwaveable. Come in loads of characters and not overpriced.

Yes, Sainsbury definitely have them in their Xmas gifts aisle. Reduced too!
