Christmas gift/tip for cleaner-how much

We have had our cleaner for the last 8 months, since i went back to work after DD, and she's amazing (the cleaner, obv DD too). We pay her £25 a week cash. I think it would be right to give a christmas gift, but have no frame of reference, anyone have any ideas?

We've given an extra week's pay and some chocs.

We give 4 weeks pay.....only because she has never increased her rates in the three years we've had her. I put £2 a week into a pot and that covers it.
