I would love to throw my popular bagless vacuum cleaner under a lorry

Has anyone else got a very well known cyclone vacuum cleaner that does not like vacuuming? Constantly having to fiddle with mine to get it to suck up things like feathers (from pillows) on the carpet. Very annoying. Any recommendations for an alternative - other than not hoovering!

Miele and SEBO are the only ones worth buying. Miele also recondition vaccuum cleaners for £70, so any time you want to completely bring your machine up to date for perfect results, you just send it back to them.

Miele vacs always come out top in "Which" tests.

Would second SEBO recommendation. Have had mine for 13 years now and it is still going strong.

SEBO heavier than Miele but used by many hotels.

Miele Miele Miele Miele.

We got a dyson after our very old Miele finally conked out because there was special part ex offer.

Dyson is shite. Absolutely useless at picking up feathers/crumbs and so on. Would gladly hurl the thing in the bin. Will get Miele next time.

MIL just bought a miele from argos 135.00.

If you have a nectar card and go through the nectar site to buy it home delivery you get nectar points too.

Is it an upright or cylinder? I was getting annoyed with our cylinder Dyson not picking up enough, I got a turbo brush head for it and now it works really well on our carpet.

Think I'll investigate Miele when it does conk out though, it's about 8 years old now so not sure how much longer it's got in it.
