Pen/paint stains, and mildew marks, help needed!

Hi all,
Most of my sons white school shirts are stained with paint and/or whiteboard pens. I have tried 'stain devils' and bleach, but neither worked. Does anyone know of anything that will remove these stains?
Also I have a white duvet cover that got damp, and now has mould/mildew marks on it (little black spots) I can't bleach it as it also has coloured embroidery. Again, does anyone know what I can use on this?

I am on a mission to find out how to removed those whiteboard pen marks from white school shirts. I've also tried a number of stain devils, vanish spray/powder etc. Its driving me nuts.

I'm sure someone must have a solution?
