on the top and on the bottom! I made it 3 weeks ago, and have fed it 2-3 tbsps of brandy. It is well wrapped in greasproof paper and foil, then into a tin.
Am i storing it correctly? Should i let it 'dry' out a bit?
Its the first time ive made a christmas cake, and i plan to ice it so im not bothered how it looks at the moment! I sliced a tiny bit from the top and it tastes good, but just concerned how wet it is!
