Indesit washer dryers any good?

Need to buy a washer dryer very soon - maybe tomorrow. Indesit seem to be sort of mid-price range and seem to have some good reviews on Currys website. Has anyone got one and what do you think of them?

I've got one that I've had since 2005. This includes 1 yr in dry storage and a further year stored at the back of the not particularly dry garage. The only bit that needed fixing after all this was a new drainage hose where a mouse had fancied having a small picnic.

Seems to take huge loads and get them really clean. Would highly recommend them and if (heaven forbid) anything were to happen to mine, I'd get another one again.

I havent had an Indesit washer dryer but I had an Indesit washing machine,and unless they were the only brand on the market I wouldnt ever have another.When I bought it I took out a 3 year extended warranty,the repair man came out 22 times in those three years,needless to say when the warranty ran out and the machine conked out again ,I gave up and bought a Zanussi.

we've got an indesit washer dryer and its going fine, quite happy with it. other people told me they have the same one, and have had the same one in holiday cottages etc so seems to be a popular one so cant be that bad anyway.

Mine's still going after 9 years, but it had had to be fixed at least once every single year! We have a warranty on it, purchased at a time when spending £7 a month worked out better than finding the money to buy new. TBH, I'm waiting for the day it gives up the ghost for good and then I can finally buy separates. If you have the space, separates are always better than a combined machine.
