Instructions for using wonderweb stuff please? (Ikea curtains)

I've had these curtains pinned up for months (good job as they have dropped an inch or so) & although I've got the stuff that came with them from Ikea I haven't got the instructions

I believe it's damp cloth plus hot iron for 10 seconds? but confirmation and/or helpful hints would be greatly appreciated!

I use a dry iron and hold it for a few seconds but iron in the hem first (without the wundaweb) then iron in the wundaweb.

damp cloth not essential then? just hot iron?

had a quick google and it says damp cloth. sorry.

(I couldn't find actual instructions via google though did find suggestions in reviews on amazon)
