or is it sodium barcob.

i get confused,

is the the stuff for sale with the cake making equipment. because that is a pretty small packet.

i used to buy a huge packet but i dont think tesco sell it. is barcarbonate of soda and sodium barcibonate the same? and do other people buy those small tins from the caking making aisle specifically for cleaning?

bicarb is good for absorbing odours, not sure where big packets come from though, i can only ever find the little tubs

Sodium Bicarb is the same as Bicarbinate of Soda. It is called 'baking soda' in the States.

I buy it in 1kg bags from a local wholefood supplier (they bag stuff up themselves).

this place sells it very cheap online. They also have 5l bottles of white vinegar, which is the stuff you need.

Please note, Soda Crystals are NOT the same as bicarbinate of soda. They are a much stronger chemical, used to unblock greasy drains, etc.
