Tippex on the carpet

Can anyone tell me how to remove Tippex from the carpet, also the puppy might have swallowed some. We have given him milk but do we need to take him to the vet. The dog bit into the bottle and punctured it.

Hi the puppy has been fine, we don't actualy know if he has swallowed any but he is just as playful as ever. We will monitor him just in case. The carpet is almost back to normal with a lot of scrubbing and a Dirt Devil.
