Thinking of buying this one link. It seems a good price but I have no idea what I should be looking for.

What features/power/ capacity etc should I go for?

Looks very similar to the Tesco own-brand

I'd look for:
Automatic temp (reduces from high to low after a period)

Quite big (will a chicken fit in that one, with the top on?

Easy to clean (usually the vessel lifts out and can go in a dishwasher)
