I have a Polti Vaporetto, Polti are very good and you can get various attachments, quite expensive but do last. I must say when I first got mine I went a bit mad zapping everything, it is now in the cupboard collecting dust but you have just motivated me to get it out :-)

Any questions let me know, there are a few models to choose from, these can be found on their site direct at poltiuk.co.uk or from their retailers.

I can highly recommend Hard Floor Master Steam Stick (its on sale loads of places £50) anyway it says hard fgloors but has a carpet attchment which just lets it slide along. I use it in the home and its so light my 4 yr old daughter can use it. But we also use it in our playgroup. Which is mats, rugs, hardfloor and yucky toilets and I can tell you we get a lot of 'spraying' the whole centre with a mop and two people used to take over 30mins now it takes 20 minutes for one.
