Advice on gardeners

My garden is not too big but big enough to overwhelm me so I think it is time to get a gardener. Does anyone have any advice as to how often and how much they charge - am in South Yorkshire. Thanks.

Depends entirely on whether you hire a professional (10 - 20 an hour) or a local person who does it in retirement etc. Best bet is to ask around and see what your neighbours do. They will know someone no doubt. :)

I think my lady gardener is £14.50 per hour - she averages about 2 hours a week
