Getting white marks off textured black tile floor?

Floor is in bathroom. Sort of textured slate effect tiles. Lots of white marks - I presume soap / toothpaste splashes

How do I get rid? I scrubbed really hard/ thoroughly with cloth and water on test patch this morning. Tile has dried and all the white patches have come back, seemingly with no improvement whatsoever.

and don't scrub. You might just make the tiles more porous

Sorry to say but I don't think these can be removed. Apparently it is water damage due to the tiles not being sealed properly_ I have the same thing in my wet room and when I went to ask at the tile shop abnout how to remove the marks they told me there was nothing that can be done.
