Won't come off

Was one of those lovely silver wooden ones and in really good nick (mainly because he never played with it) and now he's drawn all over the white control panel in black biro.

Anything to get it off?

WD-40 gets many things off, so does furniture polish but try it in an inconspicuous area first to check it doesn't leave a shiney mark

Have you tried nail varnish remover? You need to go v gently, because it can remove paint, too, but I tend to find it works. Good luck

De-Solv it - its a spray - usually in the laundry section of the supermarket. Have used it to remove pen and crayon. Hopefully there is no indentation - can't remove that!

use those eraser pads - JML do them, called Doktor Power - B&Q sell them, as do Homebase.

Magic Erasers, they sell them in poundshops as well, in a box in the housekeeping aisle.

Hairspray gets rid of most ink! BTW if you are going to use the magic eraser - don't use soap or detergent with it - they dissolve dramatically.
