I am aware that they aren't top end goods, but I remember when I was younger that RH were a reputable company.
Since we returned to England and an empty house, I've had to buy all the essentials again. Iron is RH and it is hopeless and saucepan set is RH and the handles get hot when they are on the gas.
I've emailed them this morning regarding the iron, but I wondered if I am just woefully out of touch.
