Decent size kitchen noticeboard?

I have been hunting online for a decent sized noticeboard for my kitchen. Ideally it would be around 1m square ish and have a part whiteboard, part cork board with some hooks at the bottom for keys/calender etc. Happy to have little slots for bits of paper or whatever. But I can't find ANYTHING that comes near. They are either too small or have no hooks.

Can anyone help me?
Please?

GLTC often have good ones, and Not on the High Streer, but they are quite pricey.
I have been looking for a good one for a while now... they also have something sold as a sort of jewellery cabinet/shelving which could be re-purposed (GLTC this is).

possibly two ways of doing this

  1. buy a large whiteboard and stick some cork tiles on part of the surface

  2. get 2 smaller ones and put them side by side

then screw some cup hook in the bottom for your keys
