Cleaning emulsion paint without removing it

Baby wipes seem to wok ok but not good for a big area.
It's a textured artex surface too so doubly tricky.

Any ideas? :)

Rubbing it with a pencil eraser is the best thing for small marks. But sounds like you have a big area. Hmm. I'd say just dilute washing up liquid in water, and a sponge...?
