Back to School - make life easier list

Help me, so far I've got:

Label packed lunch boxes
Found book bags and hung near door
Stored away too large/too small uniform
Thought about pumping tyres up on bikes
Put term dates on calender

Water bottles
Check shoes fit
PE kit
Magazine and chocolate for you!

I'll try to help as this is something I have to get done. (I have 7 yr old)
Here's things I may need to do:
Make sure all school clothes, shoes, bags etc have names on.
Remove shop labels if new items of clothing.
Get all items of school clothes ready in a place so they are easy to find on first day back.
Sort PE kit/plimsolls. put in kit bag.
Sort clothes for younger sibling(2 yr old) (saves flapping about on school morning).
I can't think of anything else at the mo.

Practice getting up and out on time? I've taken DS2 to pre-school settling-in sessions this week and we've really struggled to get out on time.
