Tea stain

100% cotton duvet cover.

BIG tea stain. Dried in. For a couple of weeks

Machine didn't wash out.

What do you suggest? Would like to avoid the bleach route...

Try working in some glycerine, leave 20 mins or so then wash with hand-soap.
Pouring boiling water through cotton should be safe enough too.

I use stain devils - normally comes out fine

I forgot I'd posted this

I tried Vanish, then sprayed it with Bathroom Mould and Mildew remover, of course it contains bleach. So that worked (duvet cover is white)
