I have gold, metal taps in the bathroom (nicely attached to a bright blue sink), and no idea of what to clean them with. The normal bathroom cleaning stuff doesn't seem to work on them and I'm worried that it could even damage them. They now look blotchy and tarnished. Basically, dirty. I'm afraid I can't tell you what material they're made of. Have absolutely no idea.
