How often do you change the bedding?

I have asked the new cleaner to do it every week but I'm wondering whether that is overkill and whether her time would be better spent doing it every other week and doing something else too? Any views?

I use 60 for bath towels, mats and bedding, 90 is only for machine cleaning, i only do this once every couple of months, probably should do it more often as it gets used a lot and we have hard water. My hand towels and flannels go in with the daily clothes wash though, at 40, except on sheet and towel wash days. If anyone was ill I would wash all towels and flannels at 60.
