And do you rate it? Which model/brand do you have? Do you need special recipe books to use it or can you use conventional recipes and cook for less time?

I've got a Prima Millenium Superchef.
It goes up to 250 C and has 60 min timer.

I use for small things, like 1-2 chicken pieces or a pizza. It's not any quicker IMHO than the big oven but it's less to heat, and you don't have to keep opening it to look.
You can get an extesion ring to make it higher.
And I would get the one with the hinged lid if I was going to renew. The lid is heavy.

Make sure you've got bakeware to put in.I bought silicon and trimmed it to fit. And the Mermaid trio fits nicely.
I could not make yorkshire puddings to save my life before I got it.Now I make the best -in DS opinion- yorkies.
I heat the tin (I use silicon) to max and I can keep a check through the glass. No opening the oven and risking Yorkie disaster.Grin
