Lots of floaty flys, thunderflys?

Hi,

We seem to be invaded by loads of light floaty flies... I've really cleaned the kitchen and moved all the plants outside and have opened all the doors. But this morning there are still loads floating around...

How can we get rid of these and stop them coming back?

I have the same problem. And all other flies, leaving sticky stuff all over my windows which I only cleaned 2 days ago...

i think it might be because its cooler inside than outside? ii have the same problem.

Are they fruit flies?
