Hi - Just wondered if anyone had any help on this please or ideas? Basically Im worried about my 15h month old living in my house in the winter. All the windows seals have gone and there may be damp comming through into the house in the winter. We dont have the money to move as its mortagage, or properly solve this problem. Has anyone out there had the same trouble and got any finacial help to fix it? thanks :)

Check here or Google Energy Saving Grants and Energy Efficiency Grants. Also have a look at Money Saving Expert.

can you not reseal the windows?

A tube of sealant is very cheap!

warm front scheme helps those on benefits or low income.

You could see if you could get a dehumidifier on freecyle, that wont solve the problem but it will make the air less humid. You will also need to make sure that you open the windows to ventilate even in the winter especially in the bathroom.
