Mattress recommendations for bunk beds please?

Can anyone recommend a decent and comfy mattress for children, within a budget of £100-£150?

As it's for a kids' bunk bed, the depth needs to be no thicker than 22cm, for the top bunk at least. Otherwise, standard single bed size is fine.

have you tried tesco direct - I got some silentnight ones with the bunk beds (whole lot for bunk beds and mattresses was only £299) but I don't think the mattresses were very expensive on their own)
